The following are the terms and services of SNAPKUT, which you must ensure to follow. Kindly adhere to every policy before you proceed with the services of SNAPKUT.
Any user not agreeing with these terms and conditions must not use SNAPKUT services.
Part I – Definitions, Agreement to be Bound.
The references to the “Booking Services” mean those appointment-scheduling services are made available by us through the SNAPKUT application.
References to the “SNAPKUT application” mean any mobile, web, or voice software application related to the Services developed, designed, and made available by us.
References to the “SNAPKUT Site” depict the website bearing the URL https://www.snapkut.com/ and all affiliated websites operated and owned by SNAPKUT, and our subsidiaries.
References to a “Customer” is understood as any user using the SNAPKUT application, SNAPKUT website to manage appointments, schedule an appointment, or use SNAPKUT services in any way.
The website gives individual operators of beauty, health, and partner industry the opportunity to advertise their services. At the same time, the registered users of the platforms get the right to directly record the services under these terms and conditions.
You are thereby advised to go through these Terms and Conditions before using our services and accessing this website/app. On agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you will be subject to the policies, terms, guidelines, and conditions which apply to any service which is provided by the website.
Thus, a contractual relationship exists between the customers and the partners whose services the customers have booked through the platforms. These terms and conditions do not govern the relationship between SNAPKUT and the partners.
1.2. Agreement to be Bound
Part 2. Terms of Sale for Payment Services, Booking Services
SNAPKUT provides the Booking Services to Users for booking appointments with various SMBs, and helps SMBs in increasing their customer base. In response to a patrons’ online request for a SMB appointment via SNAPKUT website or SNAPKUT application, SNAPKUT directly contacts the SMB’s database of appointments. The availability of appointments is provided by the SMB. Visitors should understand that SNAPKUT cannot alone process the appointment without prior information from the SMB. Once an appointment has been booked by the user, SNAPKUT will provide the confirmation of the appointment to both the SMB and the customer.
All your receipts for transactions can be found in your Account in the SNAPKUT application and/or SNAPKUT site.
The terms of payment for SMB services and their prices are displayed at the time of booking through SNAPKUT application. However, SMBs may change or modify there fees/charges anytime without prior notice. The SNAPKUT site and application supports both excluded and included tax systems.
